Generations Cleaning is seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Office Cleaning Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will not only maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our office clients but also lead and support a small team of cleaners to ensure all work meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of cleaners during evening shifts.
  • Clean offices, staff rooms, lounge areas, and kitchenettes.
  • Disinfect and maintain washrooms and common areas.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, including stairwells and vestibules.
  • Clean interior glass and windows in office areas.
  • Ensure team follows cleaning schedules and quality standards.
  • Train and support team members on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial cleaning experience, including supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Able to work independently and ensure team accountability.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
