Duties
- Design, develop, and optimize AI models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other machine learning platforms to solve complex business problems.
- Lead model training and validation processes, ensuring high accuracy and robustness through techniques like unsupervised learning and natural language processing.
- Implement scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using tools like Talend, Bash scripts, or SAS to prepare large datasets for analysis.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient database schemas and manage big data environments using Hadoop, Spark, and SQL-based systems.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments leveraging cloud services such as AWS for seamless integration and scalability.
- Conduct data mining and linked data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and reports with Looker or other analytics tools to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, quantum engineering, and analytics to continuously improve model performance and innovation.
Experience
- Proven experience in developing AI solutions with a strong foundation in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, R, or SAS.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, Java, C, or VBA for coding complex algorithms and automation tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and related tools for large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and model deployment strategies within cloud environments like AWS.
- Experience designing databases and performing data mining activities to extract actionable insights from diverse datasets.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Looker along with proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL processes using Talend or Bash (Unix shell).
- Background in quantum engineering or advanced analytics is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential.
