We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as Sales Associate.
Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, you will assist with sales for our customers throughout North America.
We have extensive customers in Quebec; French language proficiency is a strong asset.
Position Overview
Title: Sales & Marketing Administrator (Junior)
Reports to: General Manager and Sales Manager
Location: Winnipeg

This is an entry-level role designed to support the sales team and assist with basic marketing administration. The Sales & Marketing Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, prepare quotes for the sales team, maintain customer records, support simple marketing activities, and help ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administration — Enter and update customer and order information in the CRM; prepare and send quotes and order confirmations; assist with order follow-up.
- Prepare Quotes for Sales Team — Draft and format quotes based on pricing guidelines and technical input; coordinate with technical and operations staff to confirm specifications and lead times; ensure quotes are accurate and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Customer Support — Respond to routine customer inquiries, route technical questions to the appropriate team, and provide friendly after-sales support.
- Marketing Support — Assist with drafting and scheduling social media posts, updating website content, and preparing email templates and newsletters under guidance.
- Content and Collateral — Help maintain and update sales collateral, product sheets, and basic marketing materials using provided templates.
- Translation Assistance — Provide French translation support for routine communications and basic technical documents (if bilingual).
- Event Support — Assist with logistics and coordination for trade shows, customer visits, and company events.
- Administrative Tasks — Manage filing, prepare simple summaries for the sales team, coordinate meetings, and support general office tasks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination — Liaise with operations and technical staff to confirm product details and ensure marketing materials are accurate.
The Ideal Candidate
- Entry Level Experience — 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing administration preferred.
- Education — Certificate or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
- Language Skills — Strong written and verbal English; French is a strong asset but not required.
- Technical Skills — Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); comfortable learning CRM and basic website content tools.
- Communication — Clear, professional written and oral communication skills.
- Organization — Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attitude — Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take on tasks beyond the job description when needed.
- Teamwork — Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and independently when required.
