Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. As part of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and ensure all food items are handled safely and in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to accurately process customer orders and payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and kitchen.
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Support serving staff during busy periods by assisting with food delivery and upselling menu items.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in food service roles.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.
  • Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
