The Opportunity:
The
Restaurant Manager
opportunity will take the lead in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, + driving business success. In this role, the
Restaurant Manager
will oversee all aspects of operations, from staffing + inventory management to compliance + financial reporting, while working closely with the ownership team to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a dedication for hospitality, customer experience + a proven track record in restaurant management. They will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, + a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in team leadership, operational efficiency, + financial oversight will be key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests to ensure repeat business.
- Recruit, train, supervise, + schedule staff.
- Manage daily operations of the business.
- Perform all inventory control duties.
- Reconcile daily sales/cash.
- Ensure that all health + safety regulations are followed.
- Other duties which involve the day-to-day operations of a quick-service restaurant.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of restaurant experience at the Manager or Assistant Manager level.
- Strong leadership + team management skills.
- Excellent organizational + problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
