Position Overview:
As a Clinical Assistant at Orthologie, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our orthodontists and ensuring our patients receive top-notch care throughout their treatment journey. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a drive to learn, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
- No previous orthodontic or dental experience is required - we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and thrive in this role
- This is a full-time position. Shifts are Monday to Friday, typically between 8:45am-5:45pm.
- Candidates will need to work at both our Vancouver and Richmond office locations.
- Vancouver Address is 555 W 12th Ave #4 (in City Square Mall), Vancouver.
- Richmond address is 5951 No. 3 Rd #320, Richmond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist orthodontists during patient procedures
- Prepare and sanitize dental rooms between patients to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
- Educate patients about their treatment plans and oral hygiene practices.
- Capture clinical photographs and 3D scans of patients' teeth.
- Document treatment notes for appointments
- Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
- Help with digital submissions, 3D treatment planning, and virtual monitoring patients' treatments.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

- Willingness to help with creating content for office's social media
- No prior dental experience or certifications required – comprehensive training provided.
- Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred
