CRC Health Centre is a multidisciplinary health centre dedicated to delivering quality care to our diverse community. We are currently seeking **part-time and full-time Clinical Assistants** to join our dynamic team

As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialists during clinical assessments and ensuring a smooth experience for patients. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative medical environment.

**This role offers immediate start and schedule flexibility with hybrid work arrangement available. It's an ideal position for someone looking to grow a meaningful career in health care.**

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Summarize the patient’s medical history, investigations and reports
- Contact the patient prior to their appointment with the specialist and note down any relevant changes since the last appointment
- Relay physician instructions as directed
- Navigate the medical appointments using the Electronic Medical Records system (Plexia)
- Explain to patient common medical terminology
- Able to scribe for the physicians on the EMR system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM (typing test will be conducted during the interview)
- Motivated, reliable, and professional attitude
- Flexible, friendly, and team-oriented
- Previous experience in a specialist medical office setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
