FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Electricians with industrial construction experience for a local job in Carseland, AB, starting November 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Annual retention incentive, paid each December or upon project completion.
Located in Carseland, AB, 35 km east of Calgary, just off the ring road. Enjoy steady hours and a predictable schedule. No long rotations or camp living, no short-term projects that last a couple weeks — just reliable, local work so you can sleep in your own bed every night.
Employee hourly rate for this position ranges from $44-$45/hr.

Qualifications- Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial setting.
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician certificate/ticket.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
