PrimeTime Electric Ltd has immediate openings for a Apprentices/Journeyperson Electricians for work on commercial construction. Primetime Electric is Based in West Edmonton however we are looking for employees within the City of Calgary and surrounding communities. We offer a comparable wage, with benefits after three months, and the opportunity to learn from experienced Electricians.
The Journeyperson is responsible for installing, and wiring electrical components. They will also be required to complete jobs as per project drawings, specifications and in accordance with applicable electrical codes.
The Apprentice is responsible for installing and wiring electrical components as directed by their site Journeyperson. They will also be required to complete jobs as per project drawings, specifications and in accordance with applicable electrical codes. The Apprentice is responsible for understanding and learning the basic skills, responsibilities and expertise needed to do all required work as an Electrician while helping Journeyperson's and other employees with their tasks. With time and experience, the apprentice will take more ownership of jobs and how they are ran dependant on their abilities.
You must be punctual, willing to learn, able to work well with others or on your own, have a positive attitude and leadership skills. You will need your own transportation and basic hand tools. Please send your current resume; only qualified applicants will be contacted, no phone calls please.
