FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Electricians with industrial construction experience for a local job in Carseland, AB starting October/November 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300 hours worked. Retention incentive paid after 1 year of service.
This position is located in Carseland, AB, 35 km east of Calgary. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Employee hourly rate for this position ranges from $44-$45/hr.

Qualifications- Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial setting.
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician certificate/ticket.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- Fall Protection
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
