The Role:

We're looking for a Refrigeration Technician who thrives on problem-solving and building trust. You'll help keep our clients' systems running at their best—whether that's a freezer in a busy kitchen, an HVAC unit in a public facility, or a specialty system in a lab. The work matters, but the relationships matter more.

What You'll Do:

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
  • Diagnose issues and read schematics like second nature
  • Perform inspections to prevent breakdowns before they happen
  • Work alongside a strong, supportive team to find solutions
  • Keep clear, accurate service records
  • Prioritize safety—because nothing cools a job faster than an unsafe shortcut

What You Bring:

  • Experience as a Refrigeration Tech (HVAC a bonus)
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Confidence with technical docs and schematics
