Having served our community for over 40 years, Allied Refrigeration and Air Conditioning recognizes that our best asset is our team of friendly, knowledgeable and certified staff. We are looking to hire a motivated and skilled technician to join our team and support our commitment to excellent customer service.
This opportunity offers a variety of challenges and requires a candidate with strong problem solving skills and a desire to continue learning. The ideal candidate will enjoy a dynamic work environment and be comfortable supplying, installing, repairing, maintaining and servicing an array of equipment such as RTU's, MUA's, unit heaters, exhaust fans, walk in coolers/freezers, chillers, server room a/c's and more.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- excellent communication, professionalism and customer service skills
- ability to complete paperwork accurately and with attention to detail
- ability to work independently and with others
- strong organizational and time management skills
- good housekeeping habits
- health & safety conscious
Qualifications
- 3rd year apprentice or Journeyman
- mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude
- valid drivers license with clean abstract
- must complete a criminal record background check
- safety certifications such as first aid, fall protection and elevated work platform are an asset
