Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven, and wellness-minded individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist . This role combines customer service excellence with sales expertise, helping new members discover StretchLab while supporting the retention of existing clients. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our community, conduct studio tours, manage front desk operations, and promote our services with enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Operations Manager with membership sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing.
- Conduct studio tours and presentations tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage front desk operations: greet clients, check-in, book client stretches, and confirm appointments.
- Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to achieving studio sales targets.
- Prospect and follow up on leads via phone, email, and text.
- Participate in special events such as golf tournaments, health fairs, grand openings, and community initiatives to promote the studio.
- Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist in retaining current members.
- Other duties as assigned to support both sales and studio operations and team success.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to learn CRM and scheduling software.
- Fitness or wellness background preferred but not required.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Hourly wage ($17.60–$19.20) plus commissions.
