What We're Looking forWe're looking for an Implementation & Onboarding Manager to lead seamless launches for our FinTech and Bank partners. You'll collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable plans that deliver results.
You have experience managing SaaS or API-based implementations, thrive in dynamic startup environments, and know how to keep projects moving even when priorities shift. You're equally comfortable diving into technical details and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure every launch is a success.
What You'll Do- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of FinTech and Bank partners onto the Synctera platform, serving as the primary point of contact from contract signature through launch
- Build trust with clients through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and creative problem-solving
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations, providing technical guidance and training to ensure a seamless transition
- Configure and integrate Synctera products to meet partner requirements, including payment rails, card programs, and API connections
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback, resolve issues, and influence product enhancements
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, training resources, and internal playbooks to improve scalability and consistency
- Become a subject matter expert on the Synctera platform–empowering clients to maximize its full potential
- 5+ years of experience leading technical or integration projects, ideally within FinTech, payments, banking, or SaaS environments
- Prior experience working with API-based integrations and external client implementations
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms
- Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives, balancing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes in fast-paced, startup settings
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and making informed decisions with limited guidance
- A collaborative and resilient approach that fosters trust, accountability, and results

The base salary for this full-time position (USD: $100,000 - $150,000 CAD: $90,000 - $138,000) is determined by role, level, and location. The range informed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US and Canadian locations. Within the range, individual pay will be determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and other factors.
