Position Overview

We're hiring a Spray Foam Insulation Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate is a certified, reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in applying spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation safely and efficiently.

Ideal Candidates will be able to:

  • Prepare job sites, materials, and equipment for spray foam application
  • Apply closed-cell spray foam insulation according to estimate, manufacturer specifications and building codes
  • Maintain and operate spray foam rigs, pumps, and related equipment (experience with Graco products an asset)
  • Ability to troubleshoot/repair their equipment
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, PPE use, and site cleanliness standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members, site supervisors, and clients
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and part of a team
  • Be a reliable, punctual, team-oriented leader
  • Complete all daily work logs and job forms
  • Have some experience installing all methods of insulation and have a willingness to perform duties outside the scope of spray foam installation

Qualifications

  • Certifications: UFC, Caliber, CUFCA or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in spray foam insulation
  • Valid, full driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle
  • WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications (asset)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
