Ritchie’s Insulation is hiring We are looking for unique individuals that have a great attitude and are team-players that are willing to work for a company that provides quality insulation services.

Ritchie’s Insulation is a family owned and operated business for 45 years. We provide quality insulation and professional services for their customers throughout Southwestern Ontario. We are growing and are looking to hire individuals that can assist us in providing these quality insulation services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Have a positive attitude
- Team player
- Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly
- Work under the direction of the site supervisor/team leader
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Assist in any phase of customer building insulation requirements from set-up, job completion and clean-up
- Use safe working practices and reports hazardous conditions at all times
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- OSSD (High School Diploma) Mandatory
- G License Mandatory, in good standing and must have reliable transportation (D licence considered an asset)
- Must be punctual
- Must have good customer service skills, polite and have professional attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Follow safe work practices
- Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid considered an asset
- Carpentry, Mechanics, Electrical or Other Construction Experience considered an asset
- Insulation experience not required, training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
