Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful management of accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to negotiate and close deals. The Account Manager will play a key role in driving business growth through effective account management, business development, and collaboration across teams.
Duties
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Problem solving for the Operations
- Daily reconciliations with the system, bank etc.
- Procurement of items, negotiations with vendors. suppliers etc.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and expand existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and brand loyalty
- Conduct regular analysis of account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Present proposals and reports to clients, demonstrating value and strategic insights
- Lead cross-functional teams during the onboarding of new clients or projects to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and develop strategic plans
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support client growth initiatives
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
