Job Description
Kingsville Stamping was founded in 1986. The company started with one 30-ton press and has since grown to 24 presses, a 3000-ton-capable operation. Kingsville Stamping is a well-equipped production facility supported by engineering, maintenance, tooling, welding/assembly, and repair/rebuild. Our employees are the foundation of our high industry standards for quality, reliability, flexibility, and on-time delivery. Our major products are for Ford, GM, and FCA's pick-up truck auto parts as a tier 2 automotive company.
We are looking for an Industrial Millwright mechanic (433A or equivalent) who has at least 5 years of experience in automotive/manufacturing metal stamping presses and welder maintenance/repair.
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties:
- Repair equipment, such as motors, presses, uncoilers, feeders, lift trucks, die carts, stamping presses, automation welders, etc.
- Inspecting and troubleshooting metal stamping presses, welders, and all other equipment
- Prioritize all work orders and assign them to the department; estimate repair time, Spare parts, and PM management.
- Follow the Weekly Work Schedule as assigned by the management for Equipment that needs repairs.
- Repair equipment during production as needed.
- PM of Key Equipment as per schedule Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation
- Installing new equipment and being ready to get PSR approval before first use, testing
- Secondary Duties: Delegate to clean up after repairs at the press or in a tool shop. Any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:
-Education: Skill Trade, College, Red seal Journeyman (433A)
-Experience: 2-5 years (automotive metal stamping, automation experience is an asset)
Salary: $27.54 to $41.20 hourly, 40-48 hours per week. 2 shifts rotation or steady shifts, the wage will be offered depending on experience.
