As a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality. You will lead efforts in developing, licensing, and labeling new product launches, while maintaining the regulatory integrity of our existing product lines. By navigating complex regulations and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll help drive our commitment to sustainability and innovation. You're good at:

  • Ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and are compliant with industry standards.
  • Developing accurate product labels and guiding product launches with a focus on compliance.
  • Reviewing formulations and advising on regulatory matters for raw materials and marketing claims.
  • Compiling regulatory dossiers and liaising with agencies to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Staying up to date with industry regulations and assessing their impact on products.

What you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Natural Health products, dietary supplement or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with Canadian NHP regulations
  • Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and the ability to interpret technical documents.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in compliance-related tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
