Office Location: Fort St John

Salary: $70, $79,563.82 – Permanent Full-Time, based on a 35-hour work week.

An additional 10.75% Job Family Market Multiplier will be added to the posted salary.

An additional 3% Location Allowance will be added to posted salary for northern location.

About the Job:

The Enforcement Specialist (Specialist) reviews enforcement case file reports and develops and drafts administrative decisions and enforcement orders as required through consultation and acquisition of consensus between the Vice President, Operations, Legal Services, and Compliance & Enforcement technical staff. The Specialist assists staff to interpret and implement legislation, advises leadership and Executive in oil and gas related matters, and, in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs, coordinates requests for internal and external legal advice. The Specialist also ensures all documentation to be posted publicly meets the requirements of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA).
