As a Call Center Agent, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide tailored solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.Compensation: $17.60 per hour (approx. $36,000 per year)
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate and timely information, solutions, and assistance.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Update customer accounts and records with relevant information and notes.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:
Position Requirements:
Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year round
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment
Education & Experience:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
Bachelors or Diploma in a related field is preferred but not required
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
Comfortable using computer systems and customer management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
