We are looking for an
Associate Director Inside Sales,
who wants to be a part of our team and our exciting journey. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail oriented and possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key support and strategic partner to the VP of Sales (Central Canada), working hand-in-hand to grow advisor relationships.
  • Make high-impact calls to financial advisors —introducing Pier 4's investment platform, booking meetings, and following up on opportunities.
  • Provide in-depth investment insights, product overviews, and market updates to advisors.
  • Own and manage all CRM activity in HubSpot—tracking every advisor interaction with precision and care.
  • Follow up after VP meetings to keep deals moving forward—you are the closer behind the closer.
  • Deliver first-class service and build long-term relationships with top-tier financial advisors.
  • Collaborate on sales planning and support digital and in-person campaigns, roadshows, and virtual events.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years outbound sales experience in financial services or investment sales with advisors.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, and advisor distribution channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the private equity and/or real estate investment space
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly, deliver value, and convert interest to action.
