Business Development Coordinator
to strengthen client partnerships and help expand our presence across British Columbia and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong communication and networking skills.

As a Business Development Coordinator, You Will
- Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities across commercial and industrial construction markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to strengthen our market presence.
- Represent us at networking functions, industry events, and client meetings.
- Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with leadership
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (construction industry experience preferred).
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand construction services and translate them into client solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software experience is an asset.
- A highly results-oriented disposition with proven ability to grow
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position
- Competitive base salary $75,000 to $95,000 per year (based on experience)
- Highly competitive bonus incentive opportunities are earned based on successfully secured projects
