As a Business Development Coordinator, You Will
- Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities across commercial and industrial construction markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to strengthen Prism's market presence.
- Represent Prism at networking functions, industry events, and client meetings.
- Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with the COO
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (construction industry experience preferred).
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand construction services and translate them into client solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software experience is an asset.
- Alignment with Prism's values of humility, ownership, and care.
- A highly results-oriented disposition with proven ability to grow
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position
- Competitive base salary $65,000 to $85,000 per year (based on experience)
- Highly competitive bonus incentive opportunities are earned based on successfully secured projects
