We are growing, and we are looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What is the Role?
The Palladino Lending Solutions Finance & Insurance Manager works closely with customers, dealership teams, and financial partners to support the full lending and protection product process. This role requires strong financial acumen, accuracy, exceptional communication, and the ability to deliver a transparent and professional experience. The F&I Manager ensures all applications, documents, disclosures, and communications are handled with strict compliance and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
• Guide customers through the credit application, approval, and contracting process
• Present and explain financial products, protection plans, and lending options in a clear and transparent manner
• Review, process, and submit credit applications with accuracy and attention to compliance
• Communicate with lenders and financial institutions to obtain approvals and required documentation
• Coordinate with dealership Sales and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate deal files, documentation, and compliance standards (including privacy, regulatory requirements, and OMVIC-related obligations)
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Manage deals from application through funding and final delivery
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold Palladino Auto Group values

Who You Are:
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial products clearly and ethically
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy and understanding when working with clients, providing respectful, supportive, solution-focused service
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
• Able to manage time, documentation, and priorities effectively
• Experience in automotive finance, lending, or F&I is an asset but not required
• Proficient with computers, digital platforms, and documentation systems
• Committed to compliance, accuracy, and exceptional customer service
• Must be able to obtain an OMVIC license within the first few months of employment to ensure compliance with Ontario's automotive sales regulations
