We are a growing B2B manufacturer specializing in custom aluminum-framed cabinet doors, serving cabinet shops, designers, millwork companies, and contractors. Our strengths include short lead times, custom capability, and strong technical support. We are expanding and looking for a strong sales professional to help take the business to the next level.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to grow our B2B customer base and manage client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, understands technical products, and wants to grow with a fast-moving company.
You will be responsible for developing new accounts and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and smooth order execution.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B customers (cabinet shops, designers, contractors)
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Present products and explain technical details clearly
- Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales
- Coordinate order details, drawings, and specifications
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and project requirements
- Track sales activity and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in construction, cabinetry, millwork, architectural products, or related industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with technical products and custom solutions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
Preferred (Asset):
- Knowledge of cabinet doors, aluminum systems, or glass products
- Ability to understand basic shop drawings
- Existing network of designers or cabinet shops
- CRM experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary plus commission
- Performance-based growth opportunities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $37,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 5E4
