Toronto – Hybrid; in office Monday–Thursday

Core Responsibilities

Event & Logistics Coordination

  • Support the Corporate Access team in planning and executing all corporate events, including deal and non-deal roadshows, conferences, site tours, and sales desk updates.
  • Manage and advise on all logistical elements for both virtual and in-person events (flights, venues, hotels, transportation, webcasts, etc.).
  • Coordinate investor conferences and manage 1:1 meeting schedules (virtual and in-person).
  • Prepare and distribute invitations, marketing materials, and event flyers.
  • Maintain relationships with roadshow vendors and logistics partners.

Client & Internal Engagement

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with external clients and internal stakeholders, including Equity Research, Sales, Trading, I&CB, and global Corporate Access teams.
  • Consistently deliver a high standard of service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, active listening, and professionalism in all interactions.

Data, Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain and update client information in 1 systems.
  • Track corporate access data and performance metrics to support pitch decks, reports, and internal presentations.
  • Support the preparation of stats and analytics for the Corporate Access team, Banking partners, and clients.

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong interest and fundamental knowledge of Capital Markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on a trading floor and within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Experience planning logistics for corporate or client-facing events.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of BMO's organizational culture and values.
