We work directly with founders, CEOs, and investors to drive better decisions through rigorous financial modeling, operational insight, and pragmatic execution.

Our work spans part-time CFO support, financial planning and analysis, strategic advisory, capital raising, and transaction support. We are hands-on, analytical, and deeply embedded with our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Development Analyst, located in Toronto, ON with some work from home flexibility. The Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing analysis to support corporate development initiatives, and communicating insights and recommendations. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in capital raising efforts, due diligence support, and other strategic financial tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, or similar roles
  • High proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Experience with startups, SaaS metrics, or capital raising is a plus but not required.
