Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and validate
    Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements
  • Participate in client-facing discussions and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Support system and process improvements through documentation and analysis
  • Assist with data and analytics-related initiatives where applicable
  • Contribute to ongoing projects involving modern data platforms

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience
    as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of
    core BSA responsibilities
  • Experience reviewing and working with
    BRDs
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in
    client-facing environments
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation quality

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Exposure to
    Databricks

  • Experience working on data-focused or transformation projects
  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery environments
