Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by prospecting new clients and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, address their questions, and recommend suitable solutions through face-to-face sales.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop effective strategies.
  • Exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep accurate records using CRM software.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training.

Requirements:

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus; full training provided.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Ambitious attitude with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Capability to work well under pressure and promptly handle complaints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
