About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to manage and grow brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, while collaborating with our in-house YouTube, design, and video teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms. This is a hands-on role; the ideal candidate will not only plan and manage but also create content when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow brand and client accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Collaborate with in-house graphic designers and video editors to develop and produce engaging, platform-ready content
  • Create short-form videos, posts, and stories using native tools or simple editing apps
  • Develop content calendars and posting schedules for multiple brands
  • Work closely with the YouTube team to maintain voice and tone alignment across channels
  • Engage communities, respond to comments, and encourage audience participation
  • Track analytics, measure performance, and report insights for optimization
  • Stay up to date on kids' entertainment, toy industry, and social media trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media for brands (kids, toys, or family-focused preferred)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook best practices and trends
  • Hands-on content creation skills (Reels, TikToks, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized, creative, and proactive

Bonus Points

  • Experience collaborating within creative or production environments
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns
  • Understanding of family audience guidelines and COPPA compliance
