The opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Branch Administrator to join our Advisor Transition Team at our Toronto headquarters. This pivotal role supports the onboarding and transition of new financial advisors by monitoring progress, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient integration experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist new financial advisors throughout their onboarding and transition process, facilitating a smooth experience.
  • Monitor and track transition milestones to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Review transition-related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new advisors, promptly addressing questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments—including Tax, Estate, Financial Planning, and Insurance—to facilitate seamless account setups and service transitions.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources for consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete documents and provide progress updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in financial services or wealth management roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with wealth management concepts and investment account types.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Availability for full-time, in-person work.
  • Progress toward or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation is a strong asset.
  • Prior experience in advisor support or advisor transition roles within financial services is preferred.
