About Brucejack
Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga'a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.
As a member of the Brucejack family, we put your health, comfort, and safety first. You'll stay in private rooms with individual washrooms, enjoy balanced meals prepared by our exceptional culinary team, and have access to a 24-hour snack and sandwich bar. We also have plenty of ways for you to relax and stay active, with a gym, fitness classes, a golf simulator, and seasonal activities like snowshoeing and hiking. For creative downtime, our music room is a fully equipped space where you can play or listen to music. Our Brucejack Recreation Committee, run by employees on a volunteer basis, organizes activities and events to make camp life fun and bring people together. Your Impact
As the
Team Lead, Warehouse
, you ensure that all materials moving through the warehouse are received, stored, and issued safely, accurately, and efficiently. Your leadership keeps inventory reliable, supports smooth operations across site, and strengthens compliance with all HSE standards. Through strong coordination, clear communication, and daily oversight, you help maintain a safe workplace and ensure your team operates at a high standard.
As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining accurate inventory.
- Administer HSE protocol training and monitor adherence to all regulations.
- Schedule warehouse personnel to meet operational needs while managing labour costs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Provide clear direction, allocate work, offer feedback, and recognize strong performance within your team.
- Support a positive, productive, and safety-focused team environment.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or materials management.
- Previous supervisory experience in an industrial or mining environment is an asset.
- Strong understanding of safe work practices, HSE regulations, and hazard identification.
- Ability to follow procedural workflows, solve practical problems, and improve methods through day-to-day observations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, clarify expectations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and support team collaboration.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to stop unsafe work.

- Rotational schedule: 13 days on / 13 days off

The Brucejack Operations team is now recruiting for the position of
Team Lead, Warehouse
with a competitive base salary between
$103,300 – $137,700
, with an additional short-term incentive of
15%

The expected salary range for this role is CA$103,300-137,700 / year . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
