Communications Coordinator

Job Summary
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy individual to develop engaging content, and support the company's overall branding and communication efforts.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and the ability to represent the company professionally in various settings.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Management
- Oversee and maintain the company's HubSpot CRM and marketing tools.
- Create and manage email campaigns, workflows, and contact lists.
- Track analytics and provide performance reports to support business development.
Content Creation
- Write and edit high-quality content for newsletters, social media, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and produce short-form and long-form videos for promotional, training, and informational purposes.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and company messaging.
Company Materials & Documentation
- Update and maintain company documents, including employee handbooks, service guides, and accredited materials.
- Ensure all materials meet regulatory, branding, and quality standards.
Outreach
- Represent the company at community events, partner locations, and outreach initiatives to promote services and build relationships.
- Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and community engagement.
Marketing Materials Production
- Design, create, and coordinate the printing of marketing materials such as business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional items.
- Maintain inventory of printed materials and ensure timely restocking.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in video creation and basic editing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for marketing activities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.16-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Content marketing: 1 year (preferred)

- Class G Licence (required)
