Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Payables Administrator to support our Human Resources and Accounting functions. This is a fully in-office role, with all work performed digitally using computer-based systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in payroll support, employee administration, and accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Maintain employee records and digital files
  • Support payroll administration and time tracking systems
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and payroll
  • Assist with benefits administration and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Accounts Payable:

  • Process vendor invoices
  • Enter and reconcile payables in accounting systems
  • Maintain accurate digital records of payments and invoices
  • Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries
  • Support month-end and reporting processes

General Administrative:

  • Perform all duties using computer-based systems and software
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and comfort working in digital systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experienced with QuickBooks Online, Ceridian Dayforce, or a similar payroll/HR system
