Founded in 2013, Latte Booth is a mobile espresso bar company focused on creating memorable coffee experiences with creativity and innovation. We deliver exceptional coffee and meaningful connections at every event, from corporate gatherings to weddings.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled barista who loves coffee and customer service. You'll craft personalized drinks, ensure a smooth and engaging espresso bar experience, and help create a welcoming environment that brings customers back. Your passion, attention to detail, and friendly service will be key to our success.

*This is a per-event contractor position through Christmas Eve, however exceptional baristas will have the opportunity to grow with the company and continue beyond the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee and tea beverages with consistency and care.
  • Engage with customers, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in the work area.
  • Work efficiently during busy periods while ensuring accuracy.
  • Keep learning about coffee origins, flavors, and brewing techniques.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer concerns professionally to build loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a barista in an indie café.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Adaptable to flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Food handler certificate preferred.

Note: This is a part-time/per-event role with potential for full-time.
