- Beantwoorden en opvolgen van klantenvragen (via telefoon en e-mail).
- Ondersteunen bij de installatie en het gebruik van onze software.
- Problemen analyseren en snel oplossingen bieden.
- Samenwerken met het sales- en productteam om onze dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.
- Meedenken over hoe we onze processen en klantbeleving nóg beter kunnen maken.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig.
- Ervaring in fiduciaire/accountancy is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
- Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en levert altijd topservice.
- Je bent sociaal en maakt makkelijk contact met anderen.
- Je kunt goed werken met Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, en andere dagelijkse tools.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en denkt in oplossingen.
- Op termijn kun je autonoom werken en je eigen projecten beheren.

Reeds aanwezig in meer dan 1800 Accountantskantoren, FID-Manager dient om de wettelijker vervaltermijnen op te volgen, klantendossiers digitaliseren, eindklanten factureren en ook uw wettelijke obligaties te beheren die voortvloeien uit de Antiwitwaswet, de Norm en de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (GDPR).
De intuïtieve interface, gebruiksvriendelijk en specifiek aangepast voor professionele cijferaars staat aan iedereen toe om snel de software in de hand te nemen zonder urenlange opleidingen te volgen. Een halve dag volstaat om operationeel te zijn en de software te kunnen gebruiken.
Als webapplicatie is FID-Manager altijd en overal beschikbaar, wanneer u op klantenbezoek bent, op kantoor of zelf bij u thuis. Daarbovenop kunt u informatie delen met uw cliënteel en hen de mogelijkheid geven hun btw-, pb-, ven.b.- documenten naar u door te sturen via het klantenportaal.
