About the role:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Ski Concierge .

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance .

Hourly Wage: $ $2 2.50

What you will do:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with ski and snowboard equipment, including fitting and transporting gear.

• Provide personalized recommendations for ski runs, mountain dining, and resort experiences to enhance the guest's stay.

• Coordinate daily with Whistler Blackcomb to manage rental equipment logistics and maintain a seamless workspace experience.

• Transport guest ski and snowboard equipment between the resort and the Ski Concierge building at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.

• Ensure guests are fully prepared and equipped for skiing on either Blackcomb or Whistler Mountain.

• Maintain a professional and friendly outdoor presence, embodying the spirit of mountain hospitality.

What you bring:

• Experience skiing or snowboarding

• Previous hospitality, retail and/or customer service experience

• Must hold a clean BC Driver's license

• Must have excellent verbal and written skills

• Multilingualism an asset

• Valid work authorization for Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

A work schedule designed to maximize your freeskiing time: 100+ days on-mountain achievable As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays .
