ServiceNow Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist / ServiceNow Testing and Deployment Specialist

Toronto ON

Long term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead QA and UAT testing efforts for ServiceNow (SN) to ensure timely and efficient testing cycles, focusing on test coverage, defect identification, and resolution.
  2. Support the successful SN BCM re-deployment by assisting with inventory cleanup, merging duplicate records, and eliminating invalid records.
