Typical Day in Role
:


• Experience in Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for IRM Processes.


• Customize and configure ServiceNow IRM module to meet business requirements.


• Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).


• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM module, including Policy and Compliance Management.


• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).


• Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.


• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM trends, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation within the platform.


• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the implementation and operation of the IRM solutions.


• Ensure that all IRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.


• Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.

Must Have Skills:

1) 10 years of overall working experience with 7+ years of experience as a developer/analyst/solution designer

2) 3+ years of development experience with ServiceNow platform with proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow development (hands on experience developing ServiceNow)

3) 3+ years of experience with Service Catalogue

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Experience working with / Knowledge of Drive Value with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 3.0 – CMDB and Service Graph

2) Working knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

3) Financial industry experience

4) Experience working on integrations

Soft Skills Required:


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science
