Quolus Construction is currently seeking:

Experienced Painter/ Detailer who will be ensuring new homes are free of deficiencies and ready for homeowners to move in. The right candidate should have a strong construction background and be comfortable dealing with a variety of different tasks.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Drywall touchups (patching & sanding)
  • Caulking
  • Silicone
  • Painting & touchups
  • Small finish carpentry
  • Adjusting doors and trim
  • Wood repair

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years deficiency experience in multi-residential construction.
  • Must be able to commit to full time employment.
  • Strong eye for detail, be able to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Must have own tools and be able to commute to and from job site.
  • Must own PPE.
