The Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused team members to join our front-line operations. In this role, you'll welcome guests, handle check-ins, promote tours, support safety protocols, and help maintain a positive, exciting atmosphere at our base and sales office.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in an outdoor environment, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic, high-energy setting.

What you bring to the table

  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and authentic demeanor
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • FOODSAFE and Serving It Right certifications (asset but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, or cash outs (asset)
  • Passion for the outdoors and delivering outstanding guest service

What your day will look like:

  • Collaborate with the base team and sales office to complete daily, weekly, and monthly café and administrative tasks
  • Provide detailed information about TAG tours and base activities
  • Ensure all Health & Safety and Food & Beverage protocols are followed
  • Use digital systems for waivers, reservations, and guest processing
  • Prepare café food and beverages; complete transactions using Square POS
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect TAG's values and culture
  • Provide feedback to Supervisors and Managers to support operational excellence
  • Escalate guest concerns or team issues to leadership promptly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TAG's re-sellers and partners
