Value Health and Wellness is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Admin & Physiotherapy/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage front-desk operations while also assisting our providers in delivering quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in MVA clinics - regular communication with lawyers and motor vehicle insurance companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Universal Antibax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Handle calls and emails while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain patient records, pre-billing, and account summaries.
  • Perform weekly laundry and wipe down common areas.
  • Assist physio and chiro Dr with electrotherapy.
  • Sanitize treatment areas and ensure a clean clinic environment.
