Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioural assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to support children with developmental and behavioural challenges. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and functional analyses for children with diverse needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behaviour intervention plans based on assessment data.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training and supervision to behaviour technicians and staff involved in client care.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Educate families and caregivers on behaviour management techniques and strategies for generalization across settings.
  • Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and ethical standards in applied behaviour analysis.

Skills

  • Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings.
  • Knowledge of special education principles and child development.
  • Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioural health.
  • Proficiency in managing electronic medical records systems.
  • Expertise in data collection methods and analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and families.
