We are committed to promoting respect, professionalism, and compassion in all aspects of our work. Role Description Anchor is currently seeking a full-time Behaviour Analyst / Clinical Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing behaviour support plans, behaviour safety plans, and skill development plans for clients. They will also provide supervision to front-line staff, liaise with families and support community networks, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that the individual will be primarily serving children, youth and families in the Greater Napanee/Pererborough/Princr edward County area with flexibility to work from home. Primary Skill Set Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. Experience in research, including the ability to conduct literature reviews, analyze research data, and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies. Knowledge of community services and health care supports, including an understanding of various funding models (e.g., SSAH, ACSD, OAP, CSN, Passport etc.) Effective project management skills, including the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate behaviour support plans, oversee clinical case management for active files and coordinate larger community teams Qualifications Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis or Clinical Psychology, and must be a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario. A minimum of 2 years' experience working with adults, children or youth with neruodiversity including but not limited to autism, adhd, intellectual developmental disabilities, trauma disorders, acquired brain injuries, neuromotor, or other complex medical needs. Experience supervising and providing clinical guidance to front-line staff. Experience in the development and implementation of behaviour support plans and interventions.
