Job Overview

We're looking for a driven, experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right used vehicle while delivering a smooth, honest, and professional buying experience. Responsibilities

  • Contact lead inquires and get credit applications
  • Persistent in keeping up with non-contact sales pipeline.
  • Submit credit applications to our lenders.
  • Vehicle sourcing and selection.
  • Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
  • Prepare sales order to Finance Director.
  • Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicle.
  • Learn how to read credit bureau and helping customers understand credit.
  • Working with Subprime customers.
  • Assist with picking up vehicles and preparing for delivery.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.
  • Expected to make 50 dials a day or 250 a week to clients
  • Provide tailored financial solutions and recommendations based on individual client assessments.
  • Support the sales pipeline by identifying potential leads and opportunities for upselling services.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience required in the used car industry
  • OMVIC License is an absolute must
  • Language skills in Spanish, Arabic, or Turkish would be considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and provide solutions that meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,500.00-$185,000.00 per year
