**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction
- Close sales and complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and dealership goals

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check with no criminal record
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
