About the Role

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting pre-testing, diagnostic imaging, specialty testing, and full work-ups including medical and ocular histories, visual acuities, and instilling dilating drops
  • Educating patients on doctor-recommended supplements, eye drops, and ocular hygiene products
  • Handling insurance billing and processing payments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space
