B-Legacy Cleaning & Janitorial Services, a professional residential and commercial cleaning company, is seeking a motivated Cleaning Technician in Calgary. This freelance, contract-based role offers 30% commission on services performed. Responsibilities include cleaning homes, offices, windows, and carpets while professionally representing the company. Ideal candidates are experienced, reliable, and customer-focused.

Duties

  • Clean homes, offices, and commercial spaces to professional standards.
  • Clean windows and glass surfaces using proper techniques and products.
  • Clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery using appropriate methods and products.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas as required.
  • Empty trash, recycling, and ensure proper disposal.
  • Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
  • Represent B-Legacy professionally at all times while on client premises.
  • Promote the company's image, services, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company procedures and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently and work independently under minimal supervision.

Skills

  • Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning.
  • Proficient in window and glass cleaning techniques.

Compensation:
