We are seeking a highly qualified Senior System Administrator, known for their discipline, autonomy, and initiative. As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic advisory role in architectural decisions while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our technological environments. You will be involved in the comprehensive management of our physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures, working closely with other teams to ensure system performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Make critical decisions regarding system architecture with precision and strategic insightManage and maintain Windows and Linux servers with a focus on reliability and performanceAdminister and optimize cloud services (Azure, AWS) independentlyHandle identity and access management using Entra and Active DirectorySupervise and configure Intune for device and server managementEnsure network security and administration using Fortinet and Cisco productsImplement and maintain effective backup and disaster recovery solutionsCollaborate actively with internal teams in a spirit of teamworkProvide advanced technical support and act as an advisor to colleagues and partnersContribute to the ongoing improvement of administrative processes and tools

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Azure and AWS cloud environmentsAdvanced expertise in Windows server administrationIn-depth knowledge of Entra and Active DirectoryStrong experience with IntuneMastery of Fortinet products; knowledge of Cisco and Linux is a plusDemonstrated ability to work with discipline, take initiative, and operate autonomouslyStrong teamwork and advisory skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersAnalytical mindset focused on continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in complex system administrationExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment with autonomy and technical leadership
